how to remove some code

How can I remove the 'click to edit please run the wizard' from this form? I just want a static list of names and contacts.

Hi,

While we are investigating the issue, you could select that question in builder and remove it by clicking the red, trash icon.

If you can't select the question, try selecting another one and navigate with up and down arrow keys.
