My form is not found now, even though the link worked fine yesterday.

I created a form a few days ago and shared it with a group.  The link worked and the form was accessible Tuesday, but today I am getting a "Form Not Found" message.  I have not changed anything!  Please help!  It is currently linked through our school website under the heading Softball Parent Connect.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. The Phishing detector have blocked the form due to suspected phishing form that violates the Terms of Use.

However, after manually reviewing the account and forms, I found that it was a mistake. The forms were not phishing form.
