Question about proration of yearly plans.

    If we were to choose a yearly plan and then before the year is up, upgrade the plan, do you do a proration? 

    If so, how does that work?

    If you are paying by credit card, then our payment processor will automatically prorate the unused time on your yearly plan into your next upgrade. So if you are on Bronze yearly and after 7 months you upgrade to Silver Yearly, the unused 5 months time from Bronze yearly will be prorated into the Silver payment, so you will not be paying the full price for Silver yearly.
