A blank field was filled up but data does not show on the printed/emailed form?

Hello maejanice,
If I understand your issue correctly, you mean to say that input data is not being displayed in submission emails. Is that correct?
The screenshot which you have shared is not clear. If the submission email which you have received does not show the input data but it was filled up, the best way to solve this problem is by deleting the existing email alert and adding a new one. Please note that a new email alert will always include all the form fields. Please check the screenshot below on how to delete email alert and add a new one:
