    Confirmation email field does not work

    I have the same Q. However the above action doesn't stop them submitting the form.  Can you please advise?

    As mentioned in the previous thread you need to just enable the "Confirmation" feature of your email field. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/147-Adding-an-Email-Confirmation-Field

    If you are facing any issue regarding the same, Please provide the form URL, for which you are facing the issue, so we can test further.

    I already have done the above.  It identifies the mismatching email but still allows you to proceed.

    Dear Katie,

    I've tested the email confirmation field in your form. I did not see any issue. It works as expected as you can see the screenshots below:

    Please after entering the confirmation email click somewhere else on the form with your mouse. If the emails are the same, you will not see an error message. If the emails are not the same, you will see an error message indicated "Email does not match".

    Please test again. If the issue still persists on your end, let us know and please provide us some screenshots related to the problem.
