Box integration authentication fails

    Box authentication is failing. I have adminstrator rights. Please help

    Please, first of all, login to your account and then login to your Jotform account. After you login both of them, please edit your form and try to integrate it again. 

    My form and box account has been synchronised after I got a submission. So, I cannot replicate your issue. 

    Would you please clear your browser caches and try it again by following my way?
