I'd like to transfer a form from my account to a colleagues account. Destination account is harrowckd. Can you arrange this?

Yes, we can easily move the form and its submissions for you. We have all the methods for moving / transferring a form documented in the following guide:
https://www.jotform.com/help/342-How-to-transfer-or-share-forms-and-data-with-another-account
Please keep in mind that when a form is moved from one account to another, everything about the form will keep functioning the same, except for its custom URL:
https://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-Create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-Form
A custom URL is always tied to the username of the account that owns the form. This means that while you own the form, it can be access over the following link:
https://eu.jotform.com/jwright22/black-belt-training
Once the form is transferred to another account, such as account with username harrowckd, the old link to access the form would stop working and you would instead need to use the following link to access the form inside its new account:
https://eu.jotform.com/harrowckd/black-belt-training
This means you will most likely need to re-embed your form in your website, or share the new form URL with your users so they can keep accessing your form after it is moved. Please let us know if that is OK, and we'll be happy to proceed with transferring your form and its submissions into that account.
