My form has been disabled.

    My form was working just fine until I created a second form. I went to 'preview' my second form and it kept saying "Form not found. This form is disabled." I checked the settings and it showed it was actually enabled... I toggled the switch a few times to see if it would fix the problem but it didn't. I deleted that second form, I had put virtually no work into it and it was just a test anyway. I went back to my first form and now this one is experiencing the same problem. How do I fix this?

    Looks like you deleted your second form, because only one form is listed in your account. This form is fine, it does not violate our terms of use, therefor, I have reactivated your account.

    Our phishing detector system autosuspended your form, probably due to your second form. Open a new thread if you need anything else, we will be glad to assist you.

    Yes, I deleted the second form. thank you for fixing the issue.
