How do I change my user name to my company's name?

My user name is currently davidpetroski. When I opt to create a custom link name, it puts my name in the link. This is bad. How do I change my name for my companies name? 

That is not possible, by default your account username will be included in the link. If you want to change your account username to your company name, just provide alternate names in case the proposed username is not available, and we will be glad to assist you with it.
