Some of my fields are not showing in the email notification

    Hi, I've got an issue with my form.

    I'm making 4 drop down menus where you can pick a field inside of it.

    When I try to fill the form as a simple user, I'm receiving a receipt (in my personal mail) where only the first 2 answers are mentioned but not n°3 and n°4...

    What's weirder is that in my jotform income box, the 4 drop down menus are there...

    Can you please give me a solution?

    I cloned your most recent form to test it and it looks like all 4 drop down fields are being included in the email notifications:

    If the fields are still not showing in the email on your end, let us know and we will take another look.

    Your autoresponder is set up the same, however, it is not associated with an email field so it will not be sent:
