Please help. Why my account has been suspended.

We're sorry for the inconvenience you have.
I have checked your account and I have seen that your account has been suspended automatically by our phishing system.
Please do not request any kind of password information from your users as you can see the screenshot below:
This situation violated our Term Of Use.
However, as I have understood the purpose of this field is to allow only admin users fulfil the special area on the form. So that, I have reactivated your account again.
Please change the word of "Password" in your forms. For example; you can write "Keyword" instead.
