Please help. Why my account has been suspended?

I have checked your account and I have seen that your account has been suspended as you have requested a password information from users as you can see in the following screenshot:
This situation violated our Term Of Use.
However, as far as I understand its purpose, you have used that password field as a 'keyword' in order to show the rest of the fields, not to collect passwords. So, that I've re-activated your account again.
I recommend you to use "keyword" word for the field, instead of "password" word in your form.
