why my forms are disabled ?

I dont know why, 

i get this message from you 

Our automatic phishing detection system has suspended your JotForm account. Your forms are currently disabled.

If you would like us to review this decision please reply to this email and provide these information:

Describe the purpose of your forms. If you have asked for username or password in one of your forms, please describe the reason. Provide the URL of your web site where you use these forms.

 

We will try to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

and my reply is 

my website is www.essayer.com.sa

the purpose is to contact with my visters as a contact form 

I didnot as for any username or password. 

Your account was suspended by our phishing detector system. I have reactivated it again. Our phishing tool is not updated to scan forms made in Arabic language, that is the reason why the form was suspended.
