Form Submit not working correctly and not receiving submissions

    john_benson replied back and neither of his response's answered ether of my questions. 

     

    first. we are not receiving submissions accordingly because the the "Thank You " message is not coming up. 

     

    second. i personally submitted a few forms and they did not go through? not sure as to why any of this is happening now since the update.  everything looks fine on our site... 

     

    third. it seems as though the "submit" button has disappeared ?

    With reference to your other thread, could you provide us with more information on your requirement? Do you mean to have another hidden date field to display the date before 10 days from the current date? If so, how many days it can be after the date selected on the form?

    I have tried submitting the form on your web page and was able to submit without any issue. It also displayed Thank you message as well.

    third. it seems as though the "submit" button has disappeared?

    As I check the form on my desktop browser, the Submit button is displayed correctly. However, it seems to be not displaying when the submit button when the site is accessed on a mobile. Please try making the form mobile responsive by enabling the option Mobile responsive as mentioned in the guide below:
