Why the Submit button is not working?

Hello,

My form NAA Conference is used to allow people to sign up and pay for our annual conference. The Submit Form button on the bottom of the page is not allowing people to finalize the registration and pay for the products they chose.

The form is already linked to the PayPAl site, but when I add it to our website the button says "Please Wait" and then nothing happens. Pleas help me fix this issue.

This is time sensitive as we depend on this conference to help fund our organization.
