Where do I find my form cycle period? The Usage page doesn't give dates.

All monthly limits are replenished on the 1st day of each month. The Usage page will only show you your current usage so you can monitor them and see if you're nearing your limits for the month.

Thanks for your prompt response. I just had forms transferred from jotform1939. Did the form views transfer from that account? I checked Google Analytics for the period of January 1 to February 8 and the page views is 1096. Since there is a call to action to the contact form on each page, is the view count based on this action? Also, should the view count reset on February 1? Also, the option to show "powered by JotForm on my forms" is checked but doesn't appear to be activated. What needs to be done to activate the option?

Yes, the form views will be also transferred as well as all the other info from the form, you could also check the views for your form on our form analytics tool: https://www.jotform.com/form-analytics/

The view will be counted only if the form was loaded, for example, may be that you have embedded your form, but it does not show as soon as the page loads and instead it is shown upon clicking on a button, then the views counter will not increase, if your form is being displayed in your form upon clicking on a button or as soon as the page loads then this will count as a view even if there is no submission.

Yes, the limits will reset on that day and the first one of each month (EST) as explained above by my colleague.

Do note that your account was created after the limit was applied, the JotForm Footer option was available for existing accounts and what you currently see is the powered by Jotform message which you need to upgrade to remove.

I deleted a form that I haven't been using and checked the analytics since January 1 on the two remaining forms and I don't see how there are over 1,000 form views. Please confirm for me.

Once the counter records the views for the month, it does not get removed until the restart of the cycle next month. So deleting forms will not lower down your form view limits or your submission counter.
