Why Autoresponders are not sent?

When some completes and submits the form I have created, they are not getting a confirmation email.  Can you please advise why?

Your form is encrypted, so that's why Autoresponders are not sent. If the autoresponders were sent you would have to share the key with everybody in order for them to view the submission data.
