Now I have created an account I want to use that form.
Can I import my guest form:
into my account, or do I have to re-create it from scratch.
Or how do I attach my email address to receive responses to my "Guest" account???

I have moved the form from the guest account to your jbowl account. You may now edit the form by logging into your JotForm account. If you want to change the email address of the notification in your form, you can edit the notification in your form. Please see the screencast below:
