how to restate the responses on a form on a web page

We would  like to be able to display a thank you page that includes the data collected on a form. For example, for a donation form, something like:

Thank you, [name here] for your donation of [amount here.]

This question is twofold: we would like to be able to do this using the JotForm thank you page, but in some instances we would like to redirect the donor to the thank you page embedded on a web page on our website.

    Thank you for your help.

So, you want to show the default Thank You page, but in some cases you want the user to be redirected to a custom Thank You page in your site? This is possible through conditions.

    1) First customize your default Thank You page:

    2) Then create a condition to redirect to a specific URL based on a user's answer or input: https://www.jotform.com/help/317-Change-Thank-you-URL-Based-on-a-Condition
