Can you tell me how to remove my old logo from your system? And can I just receive one submission to my inbox, not two?

You have 2 email notifications in your form with the same recipient email that's why you are receiving 2 emails per submission.
You can delete the 2nd notification. Here's how:
1. Edit your form in the form builder then click Settings
2. Go to Emails
3. Delete the notification
If you want to remove the logo in your form, follow these steps:
1. Click the header field in your form then its properties icon
2. Go to Heading Image tab
3. Click the Remove button
