How can I include the text in the notification email?

Cuando alguien usa uno de los formularios, se genera un email en el que aparecen todos los campos del formulario, sin embargo no viene el texto grabado en el mismo formulario.

Por favor, me pueden decir que tengo que hacer para dicho texto esté tambien en el email?
