I upgraded, logged in on a sub account and now can't use our forms.

    We are seeing the upgrade on our  sub account (SportsAd), but not seeing the upgrade on the main account can you please apply the upgrade to our main account so all subgroups can use jotforms asap.

    Please let me inform you that upgrades only apply to one account. When you upgrade a sub-account, the upgrade will only take effect on that sub-account, even if it is connected to a main account, and vice versa.

    I see that the main account l.doig has now been upgraded to Silver, as is the sub-account named SportsAd. Both accounts are currently subscribed to Silver yearly. Since you have already upgraded the main account, would you like to refund the payment made on the sub-account SportsAd? Please contact us while logged in to SportsAd account, and we will proceed accordingly.
