I cannot see form text on the submission

    Hello!

Can you please help me understand why I cannot see on submissions from clients the same text that I have on the form itself?

For example, I have a textbox where I stipulate the contract conditions and another box for the client to sign.

The client can read it on the form and sign, but when I get the submission, the form is only signed, but it's like they signed nothing!

I cannot use it anymore as a proof that the client has signed the contract.

The conditions are disabled for that text.

    Please help!

While viewing your submissions, there is an option to include headers and text in your submissions:

Here is a bit more in depth guide on having your printed/PDF form look like the full contract:

    Oh Great!

    Thank you David!

That wheel is so small, I did not notice it.

    Thanks a bunch!
