It sounds like you are having troubles accessing some of your forms, is this correct?

We are not blocking access to any of your forms, and your forms can be accessed fine from our end:

However, there is always a possibility for a local Internet Service Provider or a local government to block access to certain websites, including JotForm, where we don't have any control over such blocking and don't have a way of knowing beforehand.

As far as we are aware at the moment, we are not being blocked through major ISPs.

Should you run into an issue where your forms are being blocked, you can always try using one of our 3 domains available for your paid account from Turkey - jotform.com, jotformpro.com, and jotformeu.com.
