Update Credit Card on File

    Hi - I am a current subscriber of Jot Form and have been for a while.  At the time I joined I provided my credit card for the payment and automatic renewal.  I have received an email from Blue Snap indicating my credit card on file has expired and I would like to update my records and provide a new credit card so I can continue on with the service.

    I have tried using the link from the BlueSnap email but it keeps telling me my user id is invalid.

    I am not sure how to go about this and also - have noticed the pricing has increased but because I am a previous customer I understand that my account will be grandfathered and the low annual rate of $90 will apply.

    Can you help me sort this out?

    Hello David,

    Here are the steps you need to follow to update your credit card details attached to your billing profile:

    #1. Go to: https://cp.bluesnap.com/jsp/account_login.jsp 

    #2. Enter your username: 1391542542585

    #3. Reset password link has been sent to your email address: dcbe*****@bennettgm.com

    Once you sign in to your BlueSnap account, you should be able to update your credit card details.
