I have checked the form https://form.jotform.com/61112541644951 that you provided on your other thread, but I did not found mentioned widgets.

Please provide us ID of the form you are having issues with.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Hi BJoanna,

I have to remove the countdown timers as that is a live form.

You can experiment and see them here https://form.jotform.com/70113301861947

    Regards,

    Luis

It seems that Mobile responsive widget is not available in Version 4. This is already reported to our developers.

For now you will need to switch back to Version 3 and add Mobile responsive widget to your form.

You can switch back to Version 3 on settings page of your account.

Once you add mobile responsive widget your form should look like this on mobile devices. Here is a screenshot form my Samsung Galaxy S4.

    Hello BJoanna,
Thanks for your help regarding the mobile compatibility issue.
Would you be so kind of letting me know when it is safe to go back to
    Jotform 4
so I can keep learning the new version?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
    Regards,
    Luis

It is safe to use version 4. You can switch back to version 4 anytime you want.

Mobile responsive widget is still not available in Version 4, but everything else is working properly.

You can switch back to Version 4 on settings page of your account, same as you did to go back to Version 3.

Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
