In both the active RSVP forms, trying to change some of the form warning language and won't save.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to replicate the issue. I was able to change the Form Warnings in Form Builder V4. Here's a screenshot:
After changing the Form Warnings, please don't forget to click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom part of the wizard.
It is also possible that your session timed out wherein you need to log in again to your JotForm account.
Let me clear your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers. If you're still experiencing this problem, please try to use another browser just to check if it will work or not. You may also need to clear your browser cache.
