I recently submitted an application via a form powered by your company. I would like to ask for clarification about the following issue.
After I submitted the application, I regularly got a recap email to my address and all of the fields I completed were present in the body text table. The attached PDF which should have had the same content was however empty reporting the text "error - we couldn't find the submission you are looking for on our server" (I'm attaching a screenshot).
I'd like to know if the submission was completed fine and it's just that your partner won't save the information on your servers hence the content of the PDF, or there may have actually been technical impediments to the submission.

It would be of a great help if you could share the form ID or submission ID so we can check what happened. I wasn't able to find an account under your email, I'm not sure if you're referring to your form or somebody's else form?
We'll wait for your response so we can investigate further.
