Why I cannot see credit card info submitted in my form?

    When my clients add their cc information - it is required - the form is xxxxx out part of the card #.

    I can't run their cc information if I don't have their cc #.

    Asking for credit card info goes against our terms and this is why the submitted numbers are showing like that, you can also check our terms to get more info about what you cannot ask in your forms: http://www.jotform.com/terms/ 

    I would also suggest you to remove those fields since your account can be suspended due to this. Also, if you need to process payment info then you must use one of our payment integrations, there're some of them that allow to capture the payment info only without charging immediately your user: https://www.jotform.com/help/292-How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization
