My form submits just fine, but on submit there is no actual Thank You Page. It's blank (aside from Jotform logo). I have tried it in different browsers and on different computers. When I refresh the page after submit (and get blank thank you page), I get the notice below saying I have errors. But I have no errors and the form has already gone through correctly.Page URL:

I have tested your form and I was able to replicate mentioned issue.
After that I have cloned your form and same issue happened on my cloned form as well.
I am not sure why this is has happen, but it seems that it is related to Thank You page settings inside of Version 4 of our Form Builder. And it also seems that it related only to your form and cloned versions of your form. My other forms that I created inside of V4 are showing Thank you page properly. I was able to resolve mentioned issue by switching back to Version 3 and re-saving Thank You page settings. Please try the same.
You can switch back to Version 3 on settings page of your account.
After that open you form builder, go to Thank You page settings and click on save button.
This should resolve your issue. After that you can switch your Form Builder back to Version 4.
