I have received 2 form submissions and I am being given a message saying I am out of form views.

Why do I no longer have free form views after only two submissions?

I checked your account and I noticed that it has 1, 124 Form views which exceeds to the limit of 1,000 monthly Form views for the Free Plan.  

Please let me inform you that form submissions are not the same with the form views. You may check this guide about the Form View Limits.

This form is in a password protected area where there are less than 10 people who can view it.

I have google analytics running on that page and it is not matching with your numbers- not even close!
