I have been creating some forms as usual and when I publish them, fill in with contact details or do a test, they are not working. The 'submit' button is not working and it leaves you with a 'Please wait' message.
I deleted forms in case I was exceeding my quota, but after making sure all is good and old forms submissions are working I am not sure what is going on.
I also deleted the forms and created them again, but same, failing...

It appears to be caused by the Phone Number field. Try enabling the INPUT MASK option ON then SAVE your changes.
Right after saving it, turn it OFF again > SAVE your changes > open your form https://www.jotform.com/70501489494866 > fill it out then SUBMIT.
It should work after doing the changes above. If not, get back to us so we can have another look 😉
