We use Zapier to connect our Jotforms to our CRM. I received an error today saying that our API Limit was exceeded in Jotform. I read some of the support threads from users with similar problems, and it looked like support was able to reset the day's API Limit. Could you: 1. reset the limit for today and 2. explain to me how to prevent this from occurring in the future. Thank you

Upon your request, I have gone ahead and reset your account API limits. I did check your account and found that you have active bronze yearly subscription which should give your higher API limits.
Please note that paid account has API limits of 10000 requests per day. I am not sure if you are exceeding this limit.
Since I have already reset your API limit, I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.
