Can I assign a group of say 25-30 users to a form that they can log into and input their own data.  Ex. Company A logins and can only see inventory from Company A. Company B logins and can only see inventory from Company B.

Me as the administrator can view all of the inventory.

    tks

    Hello Pat,

Unfortunately it is not possible to achieve your requirement.

Please note that authentication form can't be used in JotForm and creating such forms are against the Terms of Use.

Though form cannot authenticate users from any external source or from previous form submissions but with a little workaround it is possible to achieve your requirement. You can take advantage of our "Conditions" feature to show / hide form fields based on the input of any text box. You may like to take a look at the following thread where I have explained this workaround in detail:  https://www.jotform.com/answers/417268-How-can-I-add-password-protection-to-my-form

To manage inventory, I would suggest you to please take a look at the following widget and see if it fits into your requirement:

    Gift Registry

    Quantity Gift Registry

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
