Inventory Widget: Can I update the quantity?

I am looking to use JotForms create an order form and I see the Inventory Widget can make sure I don't get more orders than I have product but before I set everything up I was wondering if you can adjust the inventory on the form after the form is created or if you need to setup a new form with the new inventory amount?

EX: I have 10 hats for sale and after a week I've sold 5 hats and made 10 more. Can I update the form to show the new inventory amount of 15 hats or do I need to create a new form with an inventory amount of 15 and delete my old form?

Hello Paul,

You can simply update the quantity in the inventory widget whenever you want. There's no need to create another form.

Example, if you have 10 initially, sold 5 and add 10 more, you can update the quantity to 20 (not 15). You still need to include the 5 sold items, because existing submissions will be automatically deducted in the quantity.
