Problemas ao visualizar meus formulários !!!

Estou tentando abrir meus formulários porém sem sucesso, está desabilitado diversos deles

I had removed the field from the forms and activated your account. 

Adding the fields again will auto suspend your account by our Phishing Detector tool.
