How to restrict table width in emails for printing?

Since the upgrade to JotForm 4.0, we are able to view the confirmation emails for our various forms with no difficulty.  The problem is that we need to print two of them out.   One is a volunteer application, and the other is a room booking form.  We keep them for our files.

I have tried to go in and change the width of the table by pixels down from 750 to 500 px and even less, but no matter how much I do that, we cannot get the answers to the fields to print within the limits of the width of an 8.5 x 11 piece of paper.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks,
    Aaron

I checked the table on your notification and it looks like the width of the inner table is set to 154.658%

Select this specific table and change its width to 500px.How to restrict table width in emails for printing? Image 2 Screenshot 41

Once you changed this, you can then change the width of the outer table to 500px also and it should display properly now.

If you need further assistance, please let us know.
    Regards.

Thanks for pointing that out. I have dropped it down to 50%, 30%, and 25%, but it still comes out looking like this when we print:

    Thanks,

Please try adding "!important" after the percentage, example:

    "width: 50% !important;"

    Thanks for the additional suggestion.

I tried adding the “!important;”, and it doesn’t seem to make a difference when we try to print the submission:

    I have tired it with 50%, 30%, and 25%.

    Thanks,
    Aaron

Please try creating a new notification, and just adjust it's general frame to 500px, example:

I just tested it, and all the information is being printed:
