    i wanted to use my form but it does not work?

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Our anti-phishing tool auto-suspended your account. But, I checked your form and there's no phishing field that violates our terms of use

    I have now activated your account back in good status so you can manage your forms properly.

    I have now activated your account. I checked your forms and I didn't see any phishing fields.
