I have all my forms set to Hide Empty fields, yet when they submit a form, all the fields are shown in the email that is sent to me as the creator of the form. The PDF hides them perfectly as does the email sent to the submitter. How can we get them hidden.
Steps to recreate
- Have your form settings set to hide empty fields
- Have the form settings to contain a PDF
- Have a form where you don't have to answer every field
- Submit the form without every field
- Check the email that is sent to you as the creator of the form
- See that the fields are not hidden
- Check the PDF that is attached
- See that the fields are hidden
- Check the email sent to the submitter
- See that the fields are hidden
Expected Behavior: The empty fields will be hidden and not visible in the email.

I have tested this in my note, I cannot replicate it. You have a text added at the bottom part. If this is an old email setting, then that may have caused it. Please re-create the email template, doing so should fix the problem. If not, update us here so we can investigate further.
Test it first without the added text at the bottom after re-creating.
