I've submitted my form multiple times to test the Unique ID widget, but when I view submissions, it just says "RE." I've also set padding to 6 and there's no 0s either. What am I doing wrong?

I cloned your from and checked the widget. I noticed that it was properly set on your form and I was able to view the unique widget on the submission page properly.

Here's what I see when I go to "View Submissions." These were about 10 minutes apart.

I also cloned your form to test it and the unique ID looks to be working:
If any further submissions come through without the correct formatting, let us know before deleting the submission and we will have a look.
