my forms are suspended

    Good afternoon

    My name is Charles and I use Jotform to serve my clients.

    But now my forms are suspended, I need help, what could have happened? What do I need to do to get back to work?

    I checked your forms and they do look to be within our terms of use.  I activated your account and your forms are usable once again.

    This is likely due to the credit card image field in your form.  We do not allow for the collection of credit card details through forms and our phishing detector mistook that for requesting information, even though it only asks for the type of card.

    But can I use the images on credit cards without collecting the data?

    Yes, you can.  I whitelisted the form so it will no longer cause any issues.  Our system checks for words like credit card in forms and your form set off our phishing detector.  It should no longer cause any issues.
