someone copied our form and put it on their web site

please help asap as this is a financial issue!!!!!

Unfortunately, we cannot delete the forms from other account without the account owner's consent. In order to protect your forms further, you may enable the Privacy option from your account settings so that others will not be able to clone your forms.
