    Good morning.

One of our sub-account users contacted me this morning asking why they are not able to put their forms in a specific folder anymore.  At one time, they were able to drag their form into their folder after the form was created.  I have highlighted just a few of the forms in the screenshot attached that need to be in the Training & Development folder.

I have full access to our WebServ account and I noticed that I am not able to drag forms to specific folders either.

    Do you have any suggestions?

    Thank you!

We do not have a permission type where the forms can be moved by a Sub Account User within Main Account. In other words, the Sub User cannot move forms owned by Main Account. The form should be moved from within the Main Account.  I do not believe there was a point where sub-users were able to manipulate folder structure.
