Hello,
My notification emails are only showing some of the items order through my form even though all items appear on the list under notification emails. The autoresponder emails are working fine, but the notification emails are not.
This is the content from the autoresponder email, which is correct:

What is causing this issue and how can it be fixed?

I cloned your form to test it and the emails look to contain similar information:
With the exception with different formatting between the two in some places, everything looked to be included.
If this is still not the case with your form, let us know what is still missing and will have another look.
