Will submission files be deleted if we turn off form encryption?

Your existing submissions will not be deleted or affected when you turn form encryption on or off. Please do keep in mind that your existing encrypted submissions will remain unreadable / encrypted even if form encryption is turned off later on.

The only way to view encrypted submissions is by using your private encryption key, while form encryption is enabled.
