We can change the username for you. Just get back to us with at least 3 usernames (from most preferred to the least).

The proper format would be alphanumeric characters, no spaces and an underscore only.

And if you use Custom URLs, your previous form URLs will stop working since it bears your username. If you're not using Custom URLs, then you may ignore this part.

    Hello,
I do not use custom URLs yet- I will though after we amend my user name. Will the original URL always work, even after I amend it?
New user names: FBAgentSonia or FBAgent_Sonia
    Thank you,

Hello Sonia, your username has been changed from Jasminefl1 to FBAgentSonia as requested. Just logout then log back in using your new username to check it.

Since you haven't used Custom URLs yet, then there's nothing to worry about. If you happen to have used it on one of your forms, then no, the previous URLs will stop working altogether since the username has been changed.
