Why is the French translation not working?

    The translation of an element in French is not displayed online. The French translation is in the field but does not show in the form!

    Please corrected quickly. Our appraisal for the Jotform tool goes down!

     

    I am comfortable explaining the future direction of the organization to my team members.

    change for :

    Je suis à l'aise d'expliquer l'orientation future de l'organisation aux membres de mon équipe.

    Hello 😊 I checked your form https://form.jotform.com/70235209434248 but failed to see the problem with the Translation. The last row on your Matrix Field was translated properly

    from:

    I am comfortable explaining the future direction of the organization to my team members.

    to:

    Je suis à l'aise d'expliquer l'orientation future de l'organisation aux membres de mon équipe.

    I can only assume you managed to figure it out after posting your question but just in case you need more help, don't hesitate to ask.

    The translation is finally displayed. But I find that jotfrom is less stable for some time. I'm not convinced that version 3 is a good move!

    I've also cloned your form and I can see the translation works fine.
