Automatically filling up date 30 and 90 days after the current date

I want to have 3 "hidden" date fields:  (1) date Jotform is filled out and submitted, (2) one month after and (3) three months after.

Will Jotform allow the 1-month and 3-month date field to be automatically generated based on the date Jotform is filled out and submitted, see (1). In other words once (1) is completed it automatically enters dates for 2 & 3??

Please advise. This would be a useful tool.

Yes, this is possible. You can do it by conditional logic.

Your conditional logic should be like this, for 30 days (1 month):

For three months, just add 90 days in the calculation.
