A customer purchased tickets on line and I don't see the submitting.

    My customer purchased tickets on line and the submission have not processed.    He send me the confirmation showing two separate transactions yet I cant find them.   This has never happened before.

    Hello,

    I tried searching for the submission as well but did not find anything on your history. Would you have any other form which may the user had used to make purchase? Also, did he in any case receive an email alert from your form after making payment?
