Website error with Question Masking

Hello,

My jotform is embedded directly on my site. Upon first embedding the form, I encountered various errors with Prototype.js conflicting with the jQuery running on my page. I eventually sorted it out, however, I am having trouble resolving this error for Question Masking that I have applied to my Phone Number field.

jotform.forms.js?3.3.17730:869 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'defaults' of undefined

Please help me resolve the issue, I believe it is still conflicting with jQuery. Thank you very much

I checked your form embedded on the site. As per checking, I did not encounter any issues when submitting your form (please ignore my test submit) on my end. 

If you encounter any issues again. please let us know.
